The Credit Union offers two ways to apply for membership.
Come into one of our branches
Membership application forms can be completed when you call into the branch or you can start preparing the forms below and bring them with you. You will need to bring along proof of your identity to achieve 100 points of identification. Documents produced need to be originals or certified copies of originals.
Mail your application to us
Contact our Branch on 1300 885 480, who will forward you a membership application form to be completed and returned; with your certified copies of identification and $10 share, mail you application to us at: PO Box 1618 Dubbo NSW 2830.
