What are estatements?
Estatements are the electronic delivery of your monthly or quarterly statements. Estatements are much more environmentally friendly as they replace your current paper statements you receive in the mail.
How do I sign up for estatements?
You can sign up by contacting the branch on 1300 885 480 or clicking the Apply Now tab at the bottom of the page and enter your details and submit them, then a Member Service Officer will contact you.
Is it safe and secure?
Yes, Estatements are a reliable and secure way of receiving account statements. The traffic from the internet browser to this service is encrypted. The application is delivered using a 3-tier architecture with network security controls enabled at each tier which means it is well protected.
How do I view and access my estatements?
Simply log into Estatements located on the website’s home page, enter you login details, then click on view statements and select the statement you would like to view.
When will my estatement be available?
Your estatement will be made available at the same time your normal statements are issued. You will receive an email notifying you when your latest estatment is available
How long will my estatements be available?
Your estatements are available from up to 7 years for date of issue.
