Changes to our External Dispute Resolution Scheme.
With the implementation of the new stop shop to deal with financial system compliants,
Macquarie Credit Union as of 1st Novemer 2018 will be a member of the Australian Financial Compliants Authority (AFCA).
This means any external disputes once referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) will be referred to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority from 1st November
